夏天常吃燒烤油炸等燥熱食物,加上氣溫炎熱更易上火,常引起便祕困擾,北市聯合醫院中醫師林舜穀表示,尤其女性因先天體質影響,荷爾蒙分泌變化易造成排便不順,若再多吃辛辣油炸如鹹酥雞等食物,更可能引起便祕,連帶影響身體代謝機能,造成肌膚問題,建議可準備當歸、決明子、陳皮等作為茶飲用,有助清宿便排出體內毒素。
火氣大不僅是腸胃系統受到影響引起便祕,林舜穀醫師指出,連帶會出現皮膚毛孔堵塞長膿皰、口乾舌燥嘴臭等,代表身體代謝機能出狀況,要暢通體內毒素,規律排泄與腸道健康是必須的,夏天可準備像當歸、決明子、陳皮等藥材,藥性溫和且有助潤燥滑腸,改善上火與便祕,短期內無感冒、急重症的人都可飲用。
多蔬果 忌濫用藥
林舜穀醫師也提醒,常有便祕困擾的民眾,還是得改變飲食習慣,每天照三餐多吃蔬菜與水果,豐富的纖維質、多醣體等都有助維持代謝機能運作,促進腸道健康,並且建立規律的排便時間例如早上起床時,另外要避免濫用瀉藥,以免腸道機能受損。
